Granted, Russell could probably sell me a bridge if I wasn’t careful but it was that adorable snoring baby who got me to break out the VISA card.
(Special thanks for this one, Star!)
Oh, I know, the snoring baby got to me too! So cute, just melts your heart.
Thanks so much for getting these up so quickly Star, so everyone can enjoy them and hopefully donate to this fantastic charity.
It’s lovely to see Russell back home on the Beeb and in such a worthwhile capacity.
All the films featured on Sport Relief were very moving and challenging.
It was indeed lovely to see a side of Russell that we all know exists, but may have surprised some viewers. He was charming, caring & warm with just the right amount of humour still there. I particularly loved his interaction with the 3 brothers.
I was very moved by the whole programme, but particularly by Russell’s contributions – he has such a way with people and makes a powerful witness. I am so glad he did this.
I agree with all of you – I thought his videos were just beautiful, showing how well he can relate to virtually any type of person no matter how different their circumstances are from his. He doesn’t come across as an egotistical celebrity at all. My favorite was the chat with the 3 brothers.
Got me to donate, and that’s what matters, right?! :)
Bless him, what a touching contribution he’s made to this effort via his sensitive funny self! He is so wonderful with children, isn’t he? Warmed my heart.
The phone number recitation made me smile—03(pronounced “free”)457.
Anna – I thought that too, about the phone number! So cute the way he says that.
Wonderful stuff – am going through a tight patch financially and wouldn’t have donated but Russell MADE me give a small amount – I couldn’t have lived with myself or called myself a fan otherwise…..
I would love to know if the three brothers who Russell chatted to have had any help and support. I think about them all of the time since watching sport relief. Would be great to know, well done Sport Relief
