Is it me or is he getting skinnier?
Also he’s only ever holding that fag when he’s in costume so im guessing it’s for the character. Is Arthur constantly smoking or something? give him a smokers cough as well as a slur?
I like the deviation this is taking from original Arthur.
The Batman costume swayed me.
I think he must be smoking for real, these look like off film camera shots to me, especially as Danny is in them. It’s not my business but for the sake of his health, I’m sad to see him smoking.
However, I do think he brushes up rather well, he looks very handsome in the first couple of pictures. But I agree, he is too thin.
I know he’s tall, but why can they never get him pants that are long enough? He does look very handsome though.
I agree with mini – why would he only ever be photographed with a cigarette when he’s on this set, if he was smoking in real life? He has never been photographed anywhere else with a cig. So even if he’s holding the cigarette in between actual takes on set, I don’t think that means anything.
I’m not that bothered either way about it, but to me it makes the most sense that it’s probably for the film. I guess time will tell!
i actually think russell and katy are smoking. she has been seen with a cigarette and smoking it. i hope it stops soon cuz however much i love russell, the cigarette is not attractive.

I’m officially getting sick of the “Is Russell smoking” topic. I’ve been just as guilty as anyone of speculating on it, but it kinda seems like we’ve run it into the ground. We all pretty much agree that it’s not a great thing if he’s smoking, but we have no way of knowing for sure, and there’s nothing we can do about it anyway. So … let’s try to move on, ok?
I love Russ, but I really don`t like this look at all! It really reminds me of Sebastian Horsley.. Ugg!
